Nail Art Newspaper All you need is pale-colored nail polish, an old newspaper, some alcohol (vodka etc), top and base coat nail polish and you are ready to go. Step 1Apply base coat Step 2Put alcohol in a cup Step 3Cut small pieces of newspaper enough to cover your nails Step 4When your nails are all dry soak them in alcohol Step 5Cover your nails with pieces of newspaper, let it sit few seconds and then gently pull it off Step 6Let nails dry and apply a layer of top coat nail polish
